‘Breeze’ is a slice of trappy melodic dream rap, featuring fellow Nottingham resident Garton and is the first single from Slacs’ pending self produced album ‘Useless, Boredom’. The track is the complete amalgamation of producer and rapper, combining strange reverse cloud hopping Fender Rhodes chords and swung on the upbeat bass. The stoned monotone flows relay a tale of maintaining a sense of quiet self confidence amidst a scene of braggadociousness.

Slacs Bianci has received prior support from Dummy MagBlatantly Blunt and Off Licence Magazine. Feature rapper Garton (pronounced Gart-En) has received recognition from BBC introducing, The Guardian, Rapondemand and SBTV.

In an interview with Offie Mag Slacs Bianci was asked;

Who are you fucking with the most at the moment, who inspires and influences your sound?

“As for artists that influence my sound, it’s usually artists that don’t really fall under the category of rap music. I listen to all kinds of shit, which makes me get inspired easily and it can be for the littlest of reasons. I’d have to say King Krule, Mac Demarco, Ski Mask, Kodak Black, Big L, Doom… oh and definitely MGMT. Them man were the waviest dons back in the day. As for fellow artists I collaborate with that I fuck with, it has to be Morphine Boys, Bakes & Odox no doubt. We all fully fuck with each other’s music so the chemistry to create is great. There are loads more up ‘n’ coming man in Notts I fuck with, too that will definitely make an impact in coming years.”

‘Breeze’  is officially released via The Pit London on Friday 29th August.
