Empara Mi has released her mini-album Suitcase Full Of Sins  and to mark the release she has also shared a lyric video for new single ‘No More’.

Suitcase Full Of Sins showcases Empara Mi’s captivating artistic journey so far, and she premiered the music this week with The Fader who said, “Empara Mi’s Suitcase Full Of Sins plays out like an epic, choose your own adventure film… you have the opportunity to experience a soundtrack to one of the greatest films never made.”

The album opens with her highly acclaimed 2016 debut single ‘Wanderlust’, and as the tracks unfurl it demonstrates the stunning development of Empara Mi’s dramatic, ambitious and emotional musical direction uniting pop, hip-hop and R&B, with the songs ‘WYGD’‘Ditch’ and ‘Blood In The Water’.

Meanwhile her jaw-dropping vocals are no better reflected than in the beautiful ballads ‘Shout’ and ‘Shine On You’, while ‘No More’ closes the album with brooding beats and electronics alongside a sinister guitar line as she continues to expand on her sound and set fire to the music scene in 2020.

Speaking about Suitcase Full Of Sins she says,

Suitcase Full Of Sins is a compilation of all of my demons over the past five years. I wanted to pour all the fractured states of my mind into the music, hence the journey between chaos and complete solitude but always with a side of EXTRA. I was lucky enough to work with some incredible producers, Andrew Dawson (Kanye West, Childish Gambino) and Owen Cutts, to create a world around the songs with no fear of genre, which is why each song feels more like a scene from a movie as they each play their own role in the album.”

Empara Mi matches her commanding sound with a striking visual aesthetic to create a distinct and unique identity. Her releases have led her to clock up millions of streams and achieve further critical praise from the likes of Wonderland, Noisey, HUNGER, Line of Best Fit, London In Stereo and many more.

At TV her singles were featured in six episodes of Love Island, while ‘Shout’ was used to soundtrack a stunning dance routine on BBC One’s The Greatest Dancer, performed by Ainsley Ricketts, who choreographed and starred in the song’s official video, which led him to become a finalist in the show.

With the release of her mini-album, Empara Mi has packed her Suitcase Full Of Sins to prepare for the new adventures that lie ahead…
